Thanks for your comment - and likewise I appreciate being encouraged by like-minded people. I don't really know many and that's fine but sometimes it's nice to swap ideas and such with those practicing similar things. Wanted to let you know that I have loved, "You Are Your Child's First Teacher." I kind of take bits and pieces from all over but I love a lot of ideas from Waldorf. I have skipped around in this book so I'm not completely finished but I've read most of it and it's been enlightening and encouraging to me. One of the main things it has done is made me feel so much better about some things I was already doing. These days there is so much out there it can make a Mother frantic. One of the best things I heard was how important it is to support and actively be involved with children using their imagination. Boy! That is one thing I have no problem with:) I got two copies of that book off Bookmooch and I also use Paperbackswap (which is not just paperbacks). Don't know if you've heard of those but they've saved me a lot of money. Of course there are some books you just have to buy full price because people will never part with them and it's great to support people (like Soule Mama's new book:). Hope this finds you well! I'm off to bed because the cold meds are kicking in - Amen!
