Dear little girl Amelia,

At 17 months:
* You are still a very busy bee.
*You are in love with airplanes and hear them coming long before we do. You will stop what you're doing and widen your eyes as you sign airplane:)
* Your new words are rock, ball,clock, Papa, llll (light) (leaf), boppa (diaper) and others that I am blanking on at the moment.
* Your favorite "toys" are your peg board, your water sponge work, pushing your stroller and any book with pictures of cats, clocks or airplanes.
* You still are not big on sharing or sitting down in the bath tub but are very generous with your hugs and kisses.
* You spent much of this month outside in the back yard. Now that Sam can walk around with you...that is what you two do! You follow each other around the yard exploring every inch of dirt, grass, stick, mulch, etc. You are a nature lover and are happy as long as you are digging around in the dirt or pulling leaf after leaf off of a bush:)
* You had another great month Amelia. You finally sleep without a fight....oh how happy that has made us! Your affection and joy just light up my days.
